How long does the whole process take?
From initial contact to bringing your puppy home: 2-8 weeks typically. If you reserve a puppy already 8+ weeks old, you could have them within 1-2 weeks. If reserving a younger puppy, expect 4-6 weeks. We’ll give you an exact timeline when you reserve.
Can I visit your facility before deciding?
Absolutely! Many Indiana families make the 8-hour drive to Nebraska to visit before reserving. We provide facility tours, let you meet parent dogs, and see our Puppy Culture setup. Just schedule in advance. Or, we can do comprehensive FaceTime/video tours if you can’t travel.
What if I change my mind after paying the deposit?
You have 7 days after deposit to cancel for full refund (unless puppy is 8+ weeks old and ready to go home—then it’s final). After 7 days, deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind. However, if puppy fails final vet exam, you get 100% refund regardless of timing.
Do you offer payment plans beyond the deposit + balance?
